Returns

Our products are made-to-order so we do not offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference, invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, or any other reason other than defective items. Our vendor Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.  

No Returns on Digital Products Policy

  1. Introduction Digital products differ from physical goods in that they are intangible and can be duplicated. Given the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery method, we maintain a strict "No Returns" policy for these items.

  2. Digital Product Definition For the purpose of this policy, a "digital product" is any intangible product which is delivered electronically, either by direct download, via email, or any other electronic means. This includes, but is not limited to, e-books, online courses, software, graphics, audio files, and video files.

  3. No Returns All sales of digital products are final. We do not accept returns of digital products. Once a digital product has been purchased by a user, we cannot accept it back or offer a refund, unless otherwise specified in our terms and conditions.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances There may be exceptional circumstances in which a return or refund is deemed necessary. In such cases, the decision will be at the sole discretion of grace & finn. Any request for returns due to exceptional circumstances must be made in writing within 30 of the purchase date.

  5. Technical Issues If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, please contact our support team at info@graceandfinn.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If, after reasonable attempts, the issue cannot be resolved, [Your Company Name] may, at its discretion, offer a refund or exchange.

  6. Changes to this Policy We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
